isequipped with light automaticElectronic Control Box, which
isconnected with mainframe byintegrative plug-in andmulti-core
cable .It’s reliableand convenient to operate.Presently the devices
are widelyused in vulcanizing and adhesivejoint of canvas, nylon,
steelcord, conveyer belt at spot inmetallurgy, mining, powerplants,
ports, buildingmaterials, chemical industryaround where are
withoutsufficient explosive gases andthe harmful gases which
cancorrupt metal. It can also beapplied to the vulcanizingjoints of
belts of specialfeatures, such asanti-corrosion,thermal-protection,
etc.
The device cancool heating plates quicklythrough water as long as
thereis ordinary water supply at thescene after vulcanization.
Itcan greatly improve efficiencyand enhance the quality of
beltjoints, generally cooling fromthe curing temperature to 60℃,10 minutes, cooling waterpressure0.2 MPa.
Water CoolingBelt vulcanizer withlight weight, can be moved
bymanpower easily. Please considerthe facility of electricity
andwater before installation.Please put through the watersources
with upper and lowerheating plate, cooling waterpipe by specialized
water pipe,but not to discharge water forthe time being. Then begin
tomaintain constant temperatureuntil finish vulcanization, thenopen
water supply at this timeinstill water into hot plates.When the
temperature drops topreset technical value,discharging water
anddisassembling equipments areallowed, and the vulcanizationis
finished.
No.2 Purposes:
The device iswidely used in the fields ofmetallurgy, chemical
industry,metal mine, power plant, harborand wharf where use the
deviceto contact the belt joints. Ifusers carry out
vulcanizationtechnics according to referredparameters, the pulling
intensityof the belt can be 90% comparingwith the original one, not
onlythe belt joints are smooth, butit’s almost the same with
theoriginal belt, and meanwhile itwill weaken the abrasion
torollers, furthermore it canprolong the service life ofconveyor
